Shashi Suman is an indian playback singer and music composer hails from patna the capital of bihar a state in india started pursuing music at the age of 4 years from his father and guru mr ramprabesh singh who is the district education officer of patna his first big acheivement was acheived at the age of 18 by getting selected in top 12 of zee india pvt ltd produced show saregamapa (indian music reality show) in the year 2009 and then he second big acheivement was to get selected in sony entertainments reality show based on the format of american idol namely indian idol season 5 in top 7 now he is based in mumbai since 2009 and persuing his passion as his profession
he had taken professional training from ustad gulshan bharti senia gharana as well did masters of music from bhatkande university lucknow from ustad gulshan bharti ji he had learned north indian classical music for a long period of six years. He has done 500 shows all over the world including places like johenersbag ,durban,mauritius, singapore,jakarta,west indies,etc
performed with famous indian musical personality like shankar ehsaan loy pritam aadesh srivastava etc
he is presently working as a assistant music director for sanjay bhansali productions and also assisting sanjay leela bhansali indian movie director and producer
